Returns & Replacements
Buy from Travel Impresiones (a.k.a. Plentiful Travel) with complete peace of mind knowing that, if you aren’t satisfied for any reason whatsoever, we accept products back for 30 days with absolutely “no questions asked!”.
We apologize that we cannot accept returns of the following:
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any product missing a serial number or UPC.
- Any product for which there is a mail-in rebate or service credit.
Return Policy & Process
If you are interested in returning an item, please contact us so that we may issue a Return Authorization Number. All returns require a Return Authorization Number in order for our receiving department to accept them.
We can only accept returns in like-new condition in the original box that includes all original packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals. In the event a return is not due to our error, shipping expenses will not be refunded and a restocking fee may apply.
For refunds involving credit cards, please allow 10 days for the credit to appear on your account from the time your return is received by our warehouse.
After 30 days, returns may be considered on a case-by-case basis, but will ONLY be accepted for store credit.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us. We will send you a prepaid return label and a replacement product free of charge.
